Wedding Photography
As a wedding photographer in Cornwall I work in a relaxed and informal way and I'm always keen to make the wedding photography a thoroughly enjoyable part of the day for everyone involved. My style reflects the warmth and the real joy of your special day. Several months before the wedding we will meet to discuss your requirements for the day, this also gives us a chance to get to know each other a little. If there are any specific posed photographs that you want me to take then we can go through this, discuss locations for the more intimate pictures of the two of you away from everyone. Something people dislike at weddings is when the official photographer takes over and spends hours demandng different combinations of family and guests to be posed and photographed. This is not my style, I capture you and your guests in a far more natural, informal reportage style of photography.

Portrait Photography
When I take your portrait I do it in a way that makes you feel relaxed and the best way to do this is to take you to a place you love, the beach, a favourite walk, your garden, somewhere you feel happy.
Before your session we will meet to discuss your requirements and decide on a location and the type of portraits you want. If you are having a family group then it helps if you can all be in similar toned clothing, no large floral patterns or stripes as this can add weight. Whatever you choose to wear, you need to feel comfortable
At the begining of your portrait session I will continually shoot to capture natural, un-posed moments, this also gives you the chance to get used to me pointing the camera at you! We then move on to more posed shots, this is your portrait photography session so we'll do what you want.
Commercial Photography
I have worked commercially with several businesses, helping them develop their website photography with high quality photographs of their products and portraits of employers and employees.
