About Me

I was given my first camera, aged 6 by my Grandmother and that was when I fell in love with photography. In the intervening years I have rarely been without a camera but it wasn't until 2007 that I decided to leave my job, follow my heart and work as a photographer, with a strong focus on newborn & wedding photography, here in Cornwall where I live with my three teenage children.

I am NNEB trained & have worked with newborn & pre-school children for more than 25 years. This experience helps me produce wonderful, truthful portraits as I have a lot of patience! Making people feel relaxed when they have a camera pointing at them is very important so I like to take you to a place where you feel happy for your photographic session, usually outside where we can use the natural light, a favourite beach, walk or your garden because if you are comfortable in your surroundings then your portraits will be more natural.
